could anyone point me in the direction where i could find a bow/ frame for a 6x6 or 8x8 net?  New to this, trying to track down enough stuff to have 2 rigs come next year.  Was talking to a guy down there this year and he mentioned they sell them on commercial websites, but not having much luck finding anything.

Buddy was down there last night and caught a dozen, just a FYI !

I wouldnt have thought this far out smelt would be in, said just males not females.

Snow is coming, bring out the shovels

Enough with the “good old days” smelt stories. Where and when is the best smelt fishing party on the Milwaukee lakefront. Thanks

It used to be good a long time ago. When you have guys going into the creeks where they are spawning and filling 5 gallon buckets full with one dip of there net what do you expect. The smelt used to come in really thick every year but when you change habitat and have an over harvest that' what happens.
