The warm weather sure helped with the snow pack and travel on the lake, driving anywhere with the SxS was no problem. The weather did not help the fish bite, 4 perch at 8" and a ton of small perch and gills,
How much ice out their?
Roberts lake continues to be in poor shape. lot's of snow cover with slush. I walked out about 100 yd and had water in every foot step, this heavy snow cover is not helping. Jungle lake was in the same condition, no one fishing the lake yet.
They have released the data so far they have removed 3228 bass and 913 northern they have not gave numbers for bluegill they say that there goal is
• Remove overabundant northern pike to a target abundance of 3 adults/acre
• Remove overabundant largemouth bass to a target abundance of 1.5 adults/acre
• Remove age-0 bluegill to allow yellow perch to have an advantage

Awesome turn it into a great walleye lake catch and release first 2 years. Gives them a chance to grow.
What size are the walleye, that are being stocked. I don't use or have Facebook, so I can't see the lake association information about all this talk.
My family has a place in Pickerel lake and we have fished here a few times did good on the panfish haven't been there for a while. Thank you for any information.
