The water level on Partridge Crop and the Wolf River are extremely low. Getting into the "Crop" this year from the river may be very difficult and due to the low water levels, it's extremely weedy.

Fished Crop Saturday, lots of flags and short fish. We had cameras and flashers and watched about a dozen others jigging with nothing to show. Tip ups were busy however.

Drove out to Partridge Crop this weekend - no one is out and rightfully so.  Walked down to the lake and walked out about 20 yards with spud bar and it was only 1-2 at most.  One poke with spud bar and through.   Thinking with the cold weather this week people will start going out.

Road to the lake was open.

Saw a few people walking out last weekend. Open spot in the middle yet. access available on the west side of the lake, look for "Road to Lake" sign
