The main river landings are open, the river is on the rise but the perch and walleyes are starting to bite. With so much craziness and social distancing going on there is no better reason than get out and do some fishing. Perch fishing is relatively easy and a great way to get your kids out of the house and fill your freezer. I have a lot of openings so book a half or full day trip now. The Fall bite is beginning. Fishing has been great lately with some really nice small mouth, Large Mouth, Walleyes and White bass being caught.
If you love the top water bite book a trip now! It has begun.
Zara spooks, swim baits and crank baits are all working.
I have lots of openings available but fall fall books up fast so make your reservation to come fish with me now.
We are also coming into the best season of the year for bowfishing. The fish are shallow, lots of them, and some really big fish moving up. Don't miss out on this trip! My boat is setup to comfortably shoot up to 6 shooters. I provide all the equipment - Bows, arrows, etc.
Largemouth and Smallmouth have started spawning. The bite is going great with the warmer weather. We are catching Prespawn, spawning and postspawn bass, Lots of Northern, as well as walleyes. Caught multiplel northern over 36" last week as well as took 3rd in Bass World Sports Tournament. Book a trip now and get in on the action!
Largemouth bass bite has been slow with the cold weather and high water but has already improve greatly with the warmer weather we're getting finally. Small mouth are biting good. Catching most of our fish on the main channel rocks in current breaks. Fish are staging out side spawning areas waiting for the back waters to warm back up. Bass should be moving to beds as soon as water temps stabilize.
I have openings call to book a trip now!

Fishing has been a little slow with the recent colder weather and high water, but some nice fish are still biting. Last weekend we targeted walleyes and bass. We caught a lot of smaller walleyes with some good eating size fish. Mostly dragging live bait rigs on key spots. Bass are staging waiting for water to warm and are eating. Slow presentations are working best, and with high water knowing where they should be is the key. Crappies are coming in to spawn, and should get really good in the next week.
I have openings call to book now!
