Fished the wall located north of the red lighthouse. Tossed some flatfish, deep diver, and spoon lures for 1.5 hours. Nothing. 3 other fisherman with nothing caught. Just two fish broke the surface. Hope it helps.

Please be careful on the Milwaukee river high waters are making it had to see the large rocks by the Milwaukee damn. I took my kids out to cruise the river and we hit a rock broke off our lower unit. We are now working to have Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett fill out a form for the Wi DRN to place marker buoys and or hazard signs. Please check out my daughter's story. (Click Here) We will be out on the river and river walks this weekend, trying to get signatures for our petition to the Milwaukee Mayor to make our river as safe to navigate as our roads are. Thank You.
People have been fishing the lighthouse area, not sure if anyone is getting anything. The only locked areas are McKinley breakwall and under the bridge on jones Island.
You can still launch at Riverfront for now. That is wide open and the launch dock is in. South shore may be an option as well, but they dont have their docks in.
All the gates are locked from the big waves.
Edit: will be weeks before they open, alot of debris.
