Was out here a couple weeks ago on 6-14 for a half day and left with nearly a 2-man limit. Surprisingly went home a good half dozen bluegills, otherwise all perch. As always, gotta weed through a ton of 7- 7.5 inchers to get the 8-9 inch range, but always lots of fun out here.
I put together a little video, check it out!

Depending on the water level, there are a few areas to be cautious of. The menasha locks have a channel going straight out, but on either side it gets very shallow.I ran hit bottom with my prop last year while trying to go around another boat and used my push pole to get back to the channel. Then you'll want to be careful going up towards either menasha or neenah dams. The channels are pretty shallow at times. Much of the lake south of hwy 10 is fairly shallow as well, but you can still get on plane. Just be careful. If you want a lake that you can zoom around on a lot, this isn't the best. Come summer you'll see the weeds on the surface of the other shallow areas.
When in doubt, call the DNR, and get a badge number. I have been misinformed by them before. Actually, by my favorite warden.
They sure don't make the regulations easy to understand. The key to whether walleye is open year round on Little Butte/Neenah & Menasha Dams is that fish symbol in the special regulations section. It is missing in the paper copy of the 22-23 regs, but present on the dnr online pdf regs for 22-23 & 23-24 regs. I can see why the question here. Kinda like the regs for DePere walleye... the correct regs are on the page after the confusing ones.

Gull,
I was under that impression as well. I'm positive that it was year round in the past. TheDNR's page says it is open year round, too. https://dnr.wi.gov/fisheriesmanagement/Public/LakeRegulation/Details?WBIC=129800&WBIC_NAME=Little%20Lake%20Butte%20Des%20Morts
The print version of 2022-2023 regulations which specifically states continuous season for bass but makes no such statement for eyes. The text I copied from p. 46 under Outagamie County is repeated on p. 60 under Winnebago County. As far as I understand the regulations, the statewide seasons apply to a body of water unless explicitly stated otherwise in the regulations. As there is no such explicit statement that I could find in the reg book the season would be closed?.
I guess it depends which version of the regulations one uses.
