However they got in there, that's pretty cool. It would be even better if they were stocked in there many years ago and are actually reproducing.
Surprised me too. Last Brookie I caught in Wazee was a small one 4 years ago then these two one after another. Wonder if they are just a few strays that get mixed in at the hatchery, but if so the odds of two in a row? The meat was bright orange and the fins in perfect shape.
I didn't know there were brookies in Wazee.
Thank you for the good info I appreciate it

Just got back and had no luck at all. Talked to other fisherman and the same luck. Fished from 5 ft. to 75 ft. and nothing. Great weather. Talked to some people that were getting ready to scuba dive by the wall by the camp ground. Can't believe it bet it's fun. Tight Lines.

How has the fishing been? Are you allowed to use a.t.v's on this lake?
Thanks for the help stay on top.
Anyone have gps numbers on the fish cribs?
Went out last week, there was at least a foot of ice where we were. I'm guessing that it's a good margin thicker by now. It took a long time for us to bring one up, and we probably marked less than a dozen in 5 hours.
