Anybody have current ice thickness?Have a cabin rented on lake this coming weekend and wonder if ice is safe enuf for ATV travel

6 inches of ice in the shallows. 8-9 as soon as you get deeper than 5 feet.

Nope.  Stay off the ice.  Many lakes are opening up or have very irregular ice conditions.  I found upwards of over a foot in some places and large open holes in others.  


Bite was good but not worth your life.  I wouldn't be surprised to see Irogami completely open this weekend and many others starting to open.

Any walkable ice yet to get out safely for panfish? Gonna be in the area from Sheboygan this weekend. Any info would be appreciated. Ty

7 inches.  The spots that opened up as drain holes a couple weeks ago had 5.
