Ice fisheree got canceled this weekend due to poor ice conditions. Not sure about east side of lake but west side ice is quite sketchy (under 6”). Frozen slush pockets everywhere and inconsistent ice as you move out past 12 fow. Fishing has been slow. Warm weather (50 degrees) Sunday won’t help.. ready for spring fishing at this rate

Would anyone be willing to give an ice update? Also, is there a contact number for someone who runs the Fisheree? I have items I’d like to donate. Thanks in advance.
I was out for about an hour last night before dark. Two crappie in 25 FOW on a jig with a wax worm. Marked a few more fish suspended around 18 but I couldn't get them to bite.
Has anybody been out lately? I'd like to try ice fishing this lake. Never fished it before. Any info on where public access is and where to start would be appreciated. Thanks!

Fished 7:30am to 12:30pm on 1-13-16. First time on the lake. talked a great guy out there. A regular to the lake and he gave us some great tips. there a few others on the lake. My Buddy caught a hammer handle. That was all we could manage.Did not see anything else caught. I'll be back, really liked the lake. Below zero wind chill, and real high pressure (30.82") not conducive to a good bite. Better days ahead.
I live down the street. I fish it a few times a year for panfish mostly. Do catch quite a few bass while panfishing. Two launches on the lake with only 2 or 3 parking spots at each. Watch out for the guy that lives on the far southwest side of the lake. He's a complete jackwagon and will yell at you if he thinks you are fishing to close to his property even tho your 50yrds off the front of his pier. Ive reported him to the dnr the last few years for harassment but dont think anything has been done about it.
Moving very close to this lake, looking to fish it a few times a week. Can anyone comment on general info like water clarity, warmer or cool spots on the lake (springs?), cover or structure? Want to mainly figure it out myself, but some things are only found by accident.
