@GrupaNation, great photos man. Care to share what kind of rig & bait you were using? Shore fishing? Fly?

This is my first year trout fishing and I've been getting the hang of it pretty quick. Landed over 15 fish in the last couple days.  Hopefully the fishing just gets better as it warms up.

We get after some early season trout in the driftless area and bring you all along for the ride.  Its hard to beat a bit of bank fishing and getting back to how most of started our addiction to fishing.  If you like what you see please be sure to hit that subscribe button, we appreciate your support.

Went out for a couple of hours on one of the local streams between Fennimore & Boscobel last Wednesday. The Blue Winged Olives were coming off, one of the best nights I've had! The Browns averaged 12" - 14" and were clearing the water going after the fly. An absolute gas on a 7'6" 3 wt & 6X tippet. I stopped counting after 10. Tight Lines!

Went out this past Saturday around Platteville. Beautiful day in the mid to upper 50s. Mostly sunny. Caught 6 on Sunday between 11 and 3. Biggest was 18-20in...in the picture. Sorry for the tasteless photography...kinda hard when ur by yourself...and I usually unhook 'em in the water. Saw a monster that got the heart pounding. That's what it's all about!! Big Smile

Went out Sunday as well...Overcast and cooler. Caught only 1 in about 4 hrs..lots of short strikes though.

All caught on a size 2 panther martin...white dressed.

Tight lines...

Can anyone tell me if this area's streams are still fishable? Sounded like they were getting quite a bit of rain, and I'm tentatively planning on coming through the area to some exploring/fishing.

Just let me know. Thanks.
