Spent 3 hours at the river this morning.  Tried everything from worms to spinners and didn't even get a nibble.

Park is not as well maintained as it used to be and areas that used to be great for fishing are now overgrown mud holes.

Out here Saturday for only about an hour. Caught a couple bluegills before moving upstream and catching a few dozen rock bass and a couple largemouth. Park was in okay shape, not the giant mud patch that it is in the Spring time.

fished the inlet today and suprised how little of ice there was. caught 3 decent gills 3 small perch and small bass. water depth under the ice was only 3 ft. this used to be a nice place to tip-up fish when i was a kid but not anymore.

fished here the last two nights. 3 channel cats with the largest at 7 lbs and some nice gills to boot. bluegills were biting good until 8 pm with a dozen or so in the 7-9 inch range. kids always love to fish here because you'll never know what you'll catch.
