On at 6am.  Off at 2pm. Fishing solo.  I can see what Hero was talking about gills not giving it up.  Struggled at first.  Figured out the pattern. Boated about 60 to 80.  Took a meal home.  That's why I love fishing so much.  You think you know everything about fishing. But you learn something every day.

Larry smith said it perfectly !!

It's the little things that make the difference

Bassmaster i dont know if it helps ya or not . We have been writing our fishing reports on guideidefishing.com.  the only reason we dont on lake links any more is we have called and emailed and they refuse to call us back to change our pricing. Usually bobby or i write a report on the website every week . I dont give the farm away but usually write water depth.

Fished with Jack and Chuck today, 0730-1330. Water temp 71 at start 76 by end. Small crappies are back on the weed line in 8-10 ft.  Gills and bass deeper. No keepers today.  Caught all fish on a 1/16 once yellow jig head with a silver/black 1.5 inch fin s fish.  The launch was a green mess when we left. Keep that engine low in the water, don’t clog your intake!!!!

I was there yesterday. Launch was really bad. It basically depends on the wind.  If it's blowing in to the launch area it will be bad right now.  I know that doesn't help much, but it seems to vary depending on what the wind is up to.

How's the launch in regards to the weeds?

Read on here, and heard elsewhere, that it was a mess a week or 2 ago.

Is it still a mess, or is it better now?

Tight Lines to all!
