We went out all last week. Had to deal with the wind most of the week. We caught alot of bass on plastic worms wacky rigged. we were fishing on 10 to 12 feet off the weedline.

Plan to be up there this Saturday. Are the bass still holding out in the deeper weeds? Anybody have any luck on the points?
Bagotricks, check your PM when you get a chance.
Bass continue to be very active. Toothy critters not so much - walleys ok, northerns occasionally, musky very quiet.
Awesome, thank you guys for the info. 14X i will be up there sat.8/3 thru sat.8/10. If you, or anyone around that week/weekend i would love to talk some fishin, i have a 16' Larson with faded maroon trim.
Crawlers or minnows on edge of cabbage in 6-8 ft
Bagotricks, I'm flying up tonight. I generally row around the lake in the mornings - trolling. I'm sure I'll be out tomorrow morning and for the next few days. If you see me, stop by and I will put you on some fish.
Thanks Hagger. i did not know about the cribs on the lake .I hope i find them with electronics this year. i will try the bays. What do you recommend? leeches minnows worms?
The bays have good cabbage weeds where u can get average size perch and occasional walleye plus if you can find the cribs have panfish
