Was out here this past weekend doing some drifting with jigs and crawler harnesses. Really just wanted to see what the fish population was like after the winter kill. Seems the size class got set back a bit, at least for perch and pike. Didn't run into any bluegills or walleyes, so hard to say how they fared. Still had an absolute blast out here practicing some catch and release.

Did the aerator not work this winter, or is there something else that went wrong? Such a bad deal, used to love going there in the spring for the gills and crappies!
