cornell lake, Chippewa County
Is there a landing on this lake other than the one by the long point?
Plan on heading out in the morning with the cold snap are trucks being drove out and how’s the bite?

i went there yesterday morning. bite started well in the morning but dropped off fast. plenty of ice out there to drive but didnt measure. theres at least 20 inches based on how far my auger went down. main issue is if you get off the main road out there you are going to want to have a 4x4 with the deep snow and we are supposed to get another 3 inches tonight and 5-8 saturday night which will make travel even tougher.
Anyone have any fishing or ice reports . I'l be there Friday thinking of driving out
Will be up visiting a friend in 2 weeks so we will be fishing Cornell. How ice the ice ? Fishing decent ? Thanks in advance
Thank you for the feedback
The closest place I can think of is in Merrillan, about 45 minutes away.
I realize this is not really the correct place to post this but i got no responses in the ATV forum. Family will be vacationing in the Stanley area this June. Looking for a local place to rent ATV's for a couple hours. Any ideas?
