Somebody below is talking about current through the bridge. The best afternoon of fishing I ever had was pulling up to the bridge and going back with the drift until it spun me out. I'd have half mile runs with fish every few minutes. It wasn't spring, but some hours after a thunderstorm. I feel like driving up there right now.

Summer target level for Castle Rock is 882.00 feet, It is currently 881.82, however normal mid-late summer the level is usually 6-12 inches below the target.

A lot of guy's calling and asking about water conditions at the Buckhorn Bridge!

Water level as of today are still  below summer pool.Guys are launching boats from the Buckhorn launch just South/West of the bridge. Doc's are not in yet.

There is still some good current coming down river from Necedah flowing under bridge out on the Buckhorn

Take caution on both the Buckhorn and Wisconsin River side of the lake, With all the high water and fast current there is a lot of logs and trees floating around.

Good luck, be safe!

Are there any launches open on Castle Rock with piers? Or are they all unaccessible?

Does anyone know if the ice is moved away from the bridge area so a guy could fish from shore?
