Hello! I was wondering if anyone found a red Eskimo ice house storage bag? It blew away when I was out on the ice a few days ago. If anyone finds one please let me know! Thank you

I was gonna say, cuz im out there and Im not doin anything just kneeling down on a pad and the ice cracks all around me, and I am freaking out saying Oh dear Lord, I'm gonna die out here, but then realized im on enough ice to park a car on so, now i know, i dont think now i was in any danger. Side note: Is anybody catching any crappie or walleyes yet? Im wanting to try night jigging and tip ups, but would like a bit more ice before i do that

The ice is cracking because of the cold weather. The sound you're hearing is from more ice being made. It has to expand, just like ice does in an ice cube tray...

Went out by the Island by the Railroad tracks, Ice was nice and thick about 15 to 18 yards off the south end of the island, I measured 6" in several spots. Ice was very "vocal" in terms of noises that sounded like bubbles shifting under the ice, cracking every once in a while, and an Ice heave 12 Yards away from me, The ice shifted a good inch upwards, but remained stable. I used fatheads on a rod with a sinker, and a tip up. About an hour after I got out there, near 9:30 am, I got a bite, it was a small perch, that is all i got. My tip up was cleaned twice of the bait without setting the flag off once. I want to go out again, but having not been on the lake before in winter it scared me with the sounds and cracks that appeared from nowhere. I left at 11:30 when the ice was making more frequent sounds. Sad Can anyone tell me why in 6 inches of ice it was cracking and making sounds? I know the ice was in the sunlight, there was snow but in patches...
