Can I bowfish the menomonee river near menomonee falls?
Has anyone ever tried bowfishing at night in Langlade county
Seen a bunch of carp jumping out of the water as i was driving over the 41 bridge by bago this morning they were on the northwest side of the bridge in the bay for anyone wanting to go shoot them
I have a question, are the spotlight boats exempt from having a white 360* stern light?
nobody around here seems to have them, even though they are under trolling motor power, and when they make a right turn followed by 180 degrees in the middle of the channel it is impossible to tell from an aproching boat which way they are oriented. Could be a problem for other boats trying to navigate in a channel.
Just saying. I hope you all have good shooting this season.
carp are tough fkrs
Nope. Both sides are the same. I'm guessing the unusual color (its very light/yellow fins), that unusual spine on the dorsal and the eye thing are some sort of mutation. Amazing it thrived and was otherwise healthy.
did the other side have an eye? if it did my guess is its been shot before
71° - 75° F
76° - 80° F
Got out on Monona for a few hours on June 5th. My son arrowed a large and very light-colored common pushing 20 pounds. Upon closer inspection we realized the fish was eyeless - appearing to never have developed eyes. In addition, it appeared to have an unusual dorsal spine. Curious if anyone else has seen this before.
i know of a 38 lb common that was shot on green bay
