Campgrounds must be within 25 miles of our location. *2 pets allowed 25lbs or under with a $50 pet fee per stay *Looking for a quiet getaway without the hassle of towing? Our clean and comfortable camper is perfect for couples who want to relax and enjoy the outdoors — without roughing it! *Features: Sleeps 2 adults on the bed, *Cold A/C & hot heat *Full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave) *Private bathroom with shower & toilet. Please note that the bathroom has a short ceiling so it may not be ideal for taller individuals. *Smart TV if you have access to Wi-Fi. *Clean, well maintained *Delivery & setup available (to local campgrounds: Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Majestic Oaks, LOTO Off-RoadPark, The Loop 2 etc) *We handle the delivery, setup, and pickup — you just show up and relax! *Perfect for: • Lake trips • Fishing getaways • Anniversary surprises • Peaceful weekend escapes **Absolutely no smoking inside the unit ** Delivery/setup available within 25 miles **Refundable security deposit of $600 due at time of booking What’s included • Pots & pans set, cooking utensils, silverware, grill lighter for stove • Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap • Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths • Trash bags, kitchen sponges • Basic first aid kit • Plates, cups, coffee cups, cereal bowls, mixing bowl, colander, can opener • Cleaning supplies • Paper products • 2 camping chairs • 30 amp to 110V adapter • Sewer hose • We provide 1 propane tank. If you think you will use more than that, we encourage you to bring your own spare Other things to note No smoking or in the unit please and thank you! If we find evidence of smoking inside the unit, your deposit will automatically be forfeited. If unit is returned extremely untidy, an extra cleaning fee may be deducted from deposit. We ask that you have fun, but clean up after yourself. -Remove all trash from the unit and dispose of properly. -Please wash all dishes and put away in cabinets. -Leave soiled towels in the bathroom floor. -No need to strip the bed, our cleaner will handle that.
