In the rear of the trailer, there are double bunk beds that can sleep up to four guests in that area alone. The bathroom is located in the rear corner and includes a tub/shower and toilet, with a sink and mirror conveniently located just outside the bathroom. This RV comes stocked with many of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen utensils for up to 10 guests, towels and linens for up to 10, limited toilet paper, 2 paper towel rolls, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, sponges, trash bags, limited spices, a broom, small vacuum, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and an indoor 32” TV with remote. Guests can also enjoy a coffee station with their choice of a Keurig, 12-cup Mr. Coffee, or single-serve coffee machine, along with ground coffee, coffee pods, tea, hot chocolate, creamers, sugar, and mugs. Setup is made easy with leveling jacks, wedges, electric and utility hoses, hookups, a surge protector, and a water gauge all included. There is also plenty of overhead cabinet space and exterior storage to help keep your trip organized and comfortable. If you plan to tow the RV yourself, your vehicle must be properly rated and equipped to safely handle a 490 lb. tongue weight and an estimated 6,500 lb. trailer weight. A working brake controller, 7-pin connection, and prior towing experience are required. Self-towing approval is at the owner’s discretion based on the tow vehicle and driver experience. Pickup is available between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and return is scheduled between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. A one-hour grace period is allowed after the agreed return time. Returns after the grace period may incur a late fee, and returns 8 hours or more late without prior approval may result in an additional night’s charge. Festival policy: Burning Man is not permitted, and any festival or event with similar extreme dust or high-risk conditions may also be prohibited, as these conditions may not be covered under standard insurance protection.
