This RV is your home away from home, ready to create lasting moments with family and friends. **Book now and kickstart your adventure!** **Comfort and Entertainment**: - Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning and heating. - Relax with a TV above the bed and a Bluetooth/radio speaker for your favorite tunes. - Prepare your meals on the gas 2-burner cooktop, and make use of the refrigerator and microwave. - Refresh with the outdoor shower and unwind under the awning, perfect for shade and relaxation. - Experience the ambiance of LED outdoor lighting and speakers that connect to the indoor unit for a delightful atmosphere. *** Important Guidelines for a Smooth Experience*** To ensure a pleasant journey for everyone, please take note of our essential guidelines and associated fees: - **Living Space**: No bikes or firewood are allowed inside the RV. - **Cleaning Responsibilities**: Dishes and cookware should be cleaned before returning. All trash and personal items must be removed at the end of your stay. - **Return Condition**: The trailer must be returned in the same clean and working condition as received, both inside and out. **Excessive Cleaning Fee** If brought back not in the same way as it was released at pickup, an additional $150 cleaning fee will apply. If it’s excessively dirty and/or detailing is required, there will be a $200+ cleaning charge. **Awning Caution** Please close the awning when it’s windy or if left unattended. -**Linens** Linens are available as an add-on. If chosen, they must be free of stains and damage upon return; fees may apply for any damage ($30-$150 each). -**Propane** A propane tank refill is available for $35, deducted after each rental unless opted out. **Pet Policy** Pets are welcome with prior approval for a fee of $50 per pet (maximum of 2). Please ensure the trailer is returned clean; a $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if the trailer comes back dirty from your pet. **No Smoking** Smoking and the use of tobacco products inside the trailer are strictly prohibited. A violation will result in an $800 fee. **Dumping Fees** **Dumping Fee** (if returned with black/gray water tank): $130 **Dumping Fee at Your Site** $35 (we will take care of it for you). **Dumping Fee at Campground** $40, plus any additional dumping fees from the campground.
