Off-Grid Capable Camper Van with Heater + AC - "Minty Fresh"

Let "Minty Fresh" take you on an adventure you never thought was possible! The van gives you the convenience of being able to be off-grid or run off shore power at an RV park. Comes with a fully functional kitchen with all the kitchen supplies you could need. The kitchen has a double-burner induction cooktop. The 12V fridge that keeps food and perishables fresh and includes a small freezer. The full-size sink with electric water pump pulls from the freshwater tank and drains into the drainable gray water tank. VAN EVEN COMES WITH A COFFEE MAKER! The camper van comes with reusable and plastic paper plates, bowls, and silverware for the trip. A ton of other kitchen supplies come with the van (cutting boards, cutting knives, and pots and pans). Van comes with a portable toilet (Thetford Porta Potti 565E Portable Toilet). If used during the rental, renter is responsible for returning it completely cleaned. Items that can run off the Batteries/Inverter (Inverter gets power two ways: Solar or while driving) 1. Refrigerator 2. Outlets 3. Lights 4. MaxxAir fan 5. 12V Smart TV Items that run off Shore Power (hookup at campsite or outlet) 1. Everything above 2. AC and Heat 3. Hot water heater 4. Induction stove top (A portable camping stove and fuel can be added to your trip in the add on section) Once the weather gets to below freezing the camper van will be winterized. Due to the winterization, the water pipes will not be able to be used, limiting what can be used in the van. Water jugs will be provided for those bookings. The lowered nightly rental during this time frame is reflective of this. This is all dependent on the climate at the time. If someone is taking it for a long period of time, I will consider unwinterizing it.
