Travel with ease and reconnect with nature with this lovely travel trailer for an unforgettable escape OR Relax and enjoy what our beautiful Greenbelt property has to offer by staying stationary. This adorable trailer provides a glamping experience and a comfy stay. This trailer offers a cozy floor plan, air conditioner, heating system. Comfortably sleeps 2 on a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Additional blankets provided. Bathroom located in trailer offers toilet and spacious shower with plush towels and basic toiletries. Kitchenette with mini fridge, sink, and 2 burner gas stove. Single cup coffee maker (K-cup provided), mini tea kettle (assorted hot teas provided), plates, silverware, coffee cups, small pot, small pan, cutting board, basic cooking utensils, salt,pepper sugar Splenda, coffee cream all provided to make a quick simple meal. The dinette table turns into a single bed perfect for a teen/child. Plenty of room for a weekly staycation or a quick weekend getaway. You can glamp on our property or travel to your desired destination. If you prefer to glamp on the property. The travel trailer is located on 1/2 acre lot which is part of a 4 acre dwelling. You will have access to 1/4 of the acre with privacy but may hear slight dog barking. Private entrance and parking available for up to 2 cars Enjoy a shaded relaxing breakfast, lunch or dinner on the outdoor patio table. Embrace nature by the fire stargazing or roasting marshmallows. With great views of Mingus Mountain and amazing sunsets you will forget you are 5min from town and 20min from Sedona. This site offers nearby local hiking trails, bike trails and a short walk to the Verde River. Take an easy stroll to the river for a quick dip, relaxing swim or an easy day of kayaking. A firepit is available and we will provide firewood, while supplies last unless there is a fire ban. If we run out you can buy firewood at the local gas station or grocery store. Fire pit has a grill if outdoor grilling is desired. Grilling utensils provided. Kayaks available for day use with an additional fee.
