“HAPPY OC RV” 2021 Entegra Coach Odyssey 31F with Bunk Beds!

Hello Happy Campers!! I would love to welcome you to our Happy Camper “Happy” so you can start making memories all in the comfort of a house on wheels! Our RV is just off of the 5 fwy, a prime location for picking up and hitting the road. We offer free renter parking on site upon request! Whether it’s going to the beach, river, mountains, desert, our RV can do it all in comfort and luxury. I hope you enjoy our motorhome as much as we do!! Our RV comes with: - Auto Leveling System - Backup and turning lane cameras - Full side slide-out - AC & Heater - 30 AMP electrical & 50 AMP converter - 5 TV's, USB/ HDMI inputs- Main room, Bedroom, 2 Bunk Bed TVs and an outdoor TV! - 1 DVD Player - Pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster and coffee maker! - Mattresses all come with protectors. Note: Bedding, pillows and towels can be added through Add-ons (Set of 4 People, 1 Queen & 2 Bunks) If you need anything extra please let me know! This RV can sleep up to 8 adults and up to 10 if some are children. - All bunks come with safety bunk nets for children. - Sound System with interior & exterior speakers. - Antenna for TV reception. - Convection Microwave and gas burner cooktop and oven. - Ample storage - Generator 4 hrs/night free ($3/hr after) - Mileage 100 miles/night free ($0.35/mile after) *** All you need to bring is your paper plates, plastic silverware/cups, paper towels & trash bags! RV toilet paper is included if you run out please note you can easily pick up the specific Rv toilet paper at a Walmart. Bedding and towels unless you choose the add on for 4 people. Food & Luggage. Communication is key! I am happy to provide anything extra to make your stay stress free provided you let me know! Last but not least YOU & your family and/or friends!! Check out the add-on section for camp supplies (BBQ, chairs, bike rack, etc.) that can be added to the rental. Clarifications and Rules: Festivals: Were glad to rent to family friendly festivals on a case by case basis; however, we do NOT allow Burning Man, due to the extreme damage that the Black Rock City Playa Dust causes to the coach. Festival goers will be considered on a case by case basis. Please expect additional vetting questions and potentially additional fees, if you are renting during this time of year. Please be advised that the RV has GPS and we will ultimately know where you are going, so please be upfront and honest. Delivery/Set-Up: YES! Delivery round trip first 25mi is available for $150. Distance after that is $10 per mile and subject to our availability. Check In/Check Out: Schedule a time between 10am-12pm for pick up and/or drop off. These times can be flexible, depending on the bookings before and after your rental. ** Please prepare for a 30 min walk through of how to manage the RV, depending on experience. Pets: Please limit to 2 animals with an additional charge of $75. No pets on beds or furniture. Pets must be crated when left alone in the RV! Tolls/Tickets: Any unpaid tolls or traffic violations during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter. 
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO UPON RETURN? 
-Have all black and grey water tanks emptied before return. 
-$100 charge may be applied if you do not have empty black and grey water tanks. 
-If you are having us empty the tanks, They SHOULD NOT BE OVER CAPACITY, YOU MAY BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGE. 
-Fresh water tank does NOT need to be full upon return, however it CANNOT return completely empty. 
-Gas tank will be full when handed over, please return with the same or you will be charged the amount to fill plus a $50 service fee. 
-Remove all trash you accumulated 
-Ideally dishes cleaned, but we understand water conservation on dry camps. Keep in one place for us to fully clean, or use disposable material. Try to limit the mess. 
OTHER THINGS ABOUT OUR RV: 
If RV is returned later than 1hr passed agreed upon dropoff time, an additional hourly charge may be applied at our discretion. 
Our RV is equipped with a GPS tracker. Any renter found to have tampered with the unit, or traveled to an undisclosed event/festival/location will be subject to forfeit of up to their entire deposit. 
Renters are required to read and sign our SRA (supplemental rental agreement). This will be sent to all renters prior to key exchange. PLEASE DO NOT: 
-NO smoking or vaping in the coach. If any evidence of such is found (including the green stuff!) You will lose your entire deposit for the rental. 
-NO ROOFTOP ACCESS! Please, stay off the rear exterior ladder. No renter, family member, person or animal shall climb rear ladder or access rooftop at any time during the duration of the rental 
-Do not flush anything down the toilets other than RV toilet paper.

DO NOT GIVE THE KEYS TO ANYONE NOT ON THE APPROVED LIST. ANY DAMAGES CAUSED TO THE RV BY AN UNVERIFIED DRIVER WILL NOT BE COVERED BY INSURANCE. ENSURE ENTRY DOOR IS LOCKED WHEN RV IS IN MOTION. ALWAYS LOCK THE RV WHEN IT IS UNATTENDED.
