Extra mattress included for comfort. Designed for boondocking but well equipped for operation using shore power(particularly operation of microwave and A/C). 3500 lb dry weight( I tow with a Nissan Frontier), 4300 max weight. Need 7-pin connector and interior electric brake controller. 180 W of solar, easily supplies 12 V electricity for operation of refridgerator, water pump, lighting - Rear door access for transport of bikes, paddleboards, etc. - Exterior propane connection. - Separate gray and black water holding tanks. - 28 gallon water storage tank. - Interior shower and toilet. - Electric hitch I recommend bringing extra water and/or containers for sustained boondocking.
