Set up is so fast and easy you will be camping in no time! Sleeps 4 and is very well equipped with all of your essentials. Sunset sleeps 2 Adults and up to 2 littles comfortably. Sunset loves small pets that are well behaved and less than 25 lbs for an additional deposit and possible cleaning costs. It comes complete with furnace, fan, refrigerator, waffle maker, coffee bar and misc utensils. It has an exterior hot/cold shower, and all the goodies you could need. Ball size requires is 2”. 7pin electrical plug Preference is to NOT use black water tank. If used ensure you are experienced in cleaning black water tanks. If toilet/tank is not cleaned to hotel standards, a $300 charge will be applied upon return.
