Relaxing Sleeping Quarters: Our RV has a private master bedroom with memory foam queen mattress, upper cabin that sleeps two and dining table that converts to a bed and can sleep 2. Seatbelts for 4. Full Bathroom: Embrace the convenience of a private bathroom within the RV. Bid farewell to reliance on campground facilities and relish the luxury of a toilet, sink, and separate shower at your disposal. Ample Storage: Thoughtful storage options inside and outside the RV ensure you have ample room to accommodate everything necessary for your journey, from clothing to outdoor gear. Fuel and Propane: Rest assured, the RV comes with full fuel and propane tanks at pickup. To avoid extra charges, please return the RV with tanks filled. Black and Gray Water Tanks: We provide the RV with empty black and gray water tanks. Empty these tanks before drop-off to prevent additional fees. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping inside or near the RV is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance incurs a minimum cleaning charge of $300. Roof and Awnings: No going on the roof or using awnings Pet-Friendly: We are pet friendly. Pets must be approved (we have two dogs ourselves!). Towing: Our RV is not designed for towing, but includes a Class 3 hitch. You can bring accessories like bike racks or hitch-mounted BBQ pits, provided you bring the necessary hitch accessory with you at pickup. Please note that these accessories will be locked on for your journey.
