Easy to tow 2022 Grand River Travel Trailer

Looking for a getaway? Well this is it. Our trailer is a great layout for families and couples. Trailer is clean and in excellent condition. Trailer has full bathroom with sink, shower/tub and toilet. Kitchen includes the essentials and has a fridge with freezer, microwave and a 2 burner stove. Living area has a couch (converts to a queen Murphy bed), TV, and a built in audio player with speakers. Sleeping areas include 2 double bunk beds and a Murphy queen bed. Kitchen table also converts to a bed (due to size of bed, we do not recommend for adults) Sleeps up to 6 Max (4 comfortably). No bedding or towels supplied. No smoking or vaping. Other features included; - Basic dishes and utensils - Cleaning supplies - Camping chairs - Septic safe toilet paper - Keurig Coffee maker - Electric Kettle - Power awning - Outdoor speakers We will provide a full inventory list of everything that will be supplied for your convenience. Please refer to extra costs. We do charge a cleaning fee out of the deposit if unit is not returned cleaned. We also charge an extra pet fee. Feel free to reach out with any questions prior to booking. Note: - Delivery - Will confirm delivery time closer to date. This is dependant on hosts work schedule. - Pick up - We do require experience with towing a travel trailer. - I encourage purchasing the Interior Damage insurance incase of accidental damage. Any damage will be subject to a claim or taken from deposit. - Pets are allowed however renter is responsible for any pet damage during their stay. Hosts will be reachable during your rental period for any questions.
