Lots of storage and plenty of extra sleeping area for the kiddos and 2 more adults. Couch converts to a bed, bunk beds and table converts to about a full size bed. AC and Heat. Stereo with indoor and outdoor speaker, can be connected to Bluetooth. Bathroom has nice size shower with a bonus door to enter or exit bathroom. USB ports in bunk beds, two in master suite, and a couple in the living and kitchen area,
