Before reading, please know that our trailer is not available for the Pismo Sand Dunes, Oceano. However, Pismo Coast Village is available. This is non negotiable. This is a 2017 Forest River Evo Explorer Edition Travel Trailer. It has provided our family many phenomenal camping experiences in dry camping, developed campsites, and RV resorts. You could call it your home away from home. Renting this trailer will make your camping stay less stressful and more relaxing. After all, you're on vacation, right? If you're not familiar with travel trailers and their setup, we have created multiple instructional videos that can be provided to you to help with "rigging" up and "rigging" down. We do not "require" a cleaning fee like others, but request that you leave the trailer in a comparable condition when it is returned. A cleaning fee of $60 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required. Features: - 28' interior with a rear kitchen sink, fridge and oven/stove. - A/C with thermostat for developed camping. - Complete modern upholstery with couch and table beds. - LED Lights throughout. Electric stabilizers. Weight distribution hitch. - Electric awning with BRIGHT led lights. - Multiple USB ports for quick charging of phones or tablets. - Included kids games. Uno, Yahtzee and playing cards. - Included citronella candles - Included coffee pot WITH coffee and creamer. Disposable coffee cups. - Included soaps, shampoo and conditioner (trial sizes) - Fresh luxury towels and quality bedding. 2 small pillows. - Plates, bowls, cups and silverware. All plastic. - Bluetooth stereo with interior/exterior surround speakers. Aux. port. - RV Water filters for filtered showers and sink water. Outdoor shower. - TV. Other TV add-ons available. External devices for TV are required. (Firestick, Gaming system, etc.) The indoor antenna MAY pickup local TV stations. - Extension cords for exterior appliances. - Outdoor floor mat - Many more included items come with the rental. If you don't have an item or request an item, we can accommodate most requests! Just ask! - New for the trailer in 2019, Solar! We can also deliver, setup, dump tanks and pickup to local lakes and camping spots for a small fee. Usually $3 per mile for delivery/pickup/ setup/tank discharge. You just show up, we take care of the rest! Your hotel on wheels. Example : If local delivery to Buena Vista Lake, we can drop off and setup/dump for a fee of $40. Flat dump fee of $30. All propane usage will be charged upon return with deposit.
