Come enjoy our like new 2022 travel trailer! This camper is equipped with all the essentials you will need to enjoy some family time. The kids have their own bunk area separate from the king size master bed. The U shape dinette also folds into a bed. Rv has an outdoor kitchen area, indoor/outdoor speakers, power tongue jack, power stabilizer jacks, and more. *There will be a $75 fee added to the rental if the tanks aren't dumped regardless if you pull it or us. This can be added to the trip prior to booking if you don't plan on dumping the tanks. *$20/hr late fee if brought back after 12pm unless discussed otherwise prior to pickup *Your deposit will forfeited if any of the following occur while using the RV -SMOKING-Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the RV -PETS- NO pets are allowed inside the RV -Bodily fluids/biohazards are left for us to clean Generator can be rented for $35/night
