NEWER BRAKE PADS AND TIRES **********BEST FOR LIGHTER USE, SUCH AS DRIVING/TRAVELING IN COMFORT, DRY CAMPING, LIGHT USE OF FACILITIES; NOT TO BE FULLY DEPENDENT UPON IN CASE OF UNEXPECTED MALFUNCTIONS. THIS IS NOT A ROOMY "LIVING" TYPE RV. GREAT FOR BASIC USE ONLY. WE PROVIDE 24/7 ASSISTANCE SHOULD YOU NEED IT DURING YOUR TRIP, BUT PLEASE BE AWARE AND FLEXIBLE WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO RENT. THE BED IS SOFT LEATHER AND MOST RENTERS ARE FINE WITH IT, BUT A FEW HAVE FOUND IT UNCOMFORTABLE AND YOU MAY WANT TO BRING A QUEEN PAD. WHEN WALKING IN THE COACH IT'S FINE FOR THOSE UP TO ABOUT 6' TALL BUT ANY TALLER AND YOU REACH THE CEILING. EXCELLENT MERCEDES ENGINE! DRIVES VERY WELL! ROOMY DRIVER AND PASSENGER AREAS, WHICH MAKES FOR COMFORTABLE AND LONG DRIVES! FAIRLY EASY TO PARK IF YOU CAN GO OVER TWO SPACES. THIS RV IS REGULARLY MAINTAINED. IF THERE IS A SEVERE WEATHER WARNING DURING YOUR RESERVED TIME, YOU MAY POSTPONE THE TRIP FOR ANOTHER TIME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. WE WISH ALL OF OUR RENTERS AN ENJOYABLE TRIP AND ARE HAPPY TO ASSIST WITH ANY ISSUES BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER YOUR TRIP, BUT PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL, PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING OF OUR POLICIES AND ANY RV ISSUES THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. RENTER responsible for interior damage that is NOT reasonable normal wear and tear. NOW SOME GOOD STUFF: We mentioned the excellent engine, but it's also a great ride and stay! Seats 7 with belts; two passenger seats behind front driver and passenger, 3 passengers in back. The two chairs behind the captain chairs can be removed upon request to offer more room and ease of moving about. Automatic fold down bed and TV on wall. Incredible amenities - see list and photos! Has navigation system; and Sirius XM radio. Short instructional videos provided ahead of rental, and owner RV assistance via phone/text during trip. We treat the RV like a rental and not our personal vehicle...we want you to feel comfortable using it as your own! Located in McMinnville. Renters are welcome to leave their vehicle parked in front of our home. We can't be responsible for any theft or damage, but we live on a fairly quiet cul-de-sac street. Pets are ok and ask that you clean before returning if there is pet smell/hair. GOOD HEAT AND AIR CONDITIONING. No delivery. Renters may leave their vehicle in front of our house in place of RV during trip, but we assume no responsibility for theft or damage. We are usually home during RV rentals and can keep watch on your vehicle, but will inform you if we plan to be gone at the same time. PICK UP TIME IS 9 A.M.
