8x10 mini toy hauler, can sleep 4-6 comfortably. If you have kids you can fit more, but you can fit four adults inside and 2-3 adults on the rooftop tent (we recommend only using this in warmer weather). If your taking a large group and you need more space you can always sleep some outside under the awning (space for 12). We don’t recommend groups larger than 6, but if it’s just an overnight thing you can make it work.
