Fully Stocked, 2 Bedroom Camper

This 38’ fifth wheel is fully stocked and features two slides for extra space! With two bedrooms and a loft, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy some privacy while camping. The main bedroom boasts an upgraded short queen memory foam mattress, plus two closets for all your storage needs. The second bedroom comes with its own slide-out, closet, TV, and a couch that easily transforms into a twin bed. You’ll love the loft, which is super easy to access with a set of stairs (no ladders here!) and has a futon mattress. The permanently installed baby gate helps keep the stairs safe for the little ones. Bedding is provided for each bed, as well as towels for each guest. Shower offers an upgraded shower head, and enough head room for even taller guests to stand comfortably. Living area includes a dinette style table, a couch that folds out into a full size bed (requires the provided air mattress), and a 36-inch TV. Stove runs off propane while the fridge and hot water heater can use either propane or electricity. Roku streaming available on both TVs. Starlink internet can be included for a fee. Two A/C units help keep the RV cool and comfortable, though it does require 50 amps to run both units. Relax under the electric awning with included outdoor mat and chairs. Two 20 pound propane tanks provide enough propane for about 1 week continuous use. This unit also includes multiple stabilizers for minimum movement while camping, and an outdoor shower. Feel free to go off the grid, as long as there is a generator hooked up. Generator and extra water bladder are available for an additional fee. No pets, and no smoking /vaping allowed in the RV. Fifth wheel/gooseneck conversion hitch can also be added (refundable fee applies). 3/4 or 1 ton truck required to tow, or take advantage of our delivery option! Delivery includes set up/take down, and setting up of all connections. The drop-off/pick-up times are flexible. Just let us know if different times work better for you! For delivery, we do ask that drop-off time is within an hour of your expected arrival so we can complete a walk-through of the RV with you. For mobile users: The minimum delivery fee is $150. For whatever reason, the mobile site does not show the minimum fee. $5 per mile additional after 50 miles. Please feel free to message us with any questions!
