Great trailer, family friendly, & can be pulled with most newer 1/2 ton trucks. Just under 35 feet, very roomy, with slide out for the living space. Private room with queen bed, two side closets and storage under bed. Kitchen has island sink, microwave, fridge, freezer, stove and oven. Overhead vent. Couch folds out to bed. Kitchen table/banquette seats 4. Storage underneath banquet. TV with storage to the right and above. Two bunks in the back, they are larger bunks. They angle out so they have more room than normal bunks. Storage and plugs near bunks. Bathroom has toilet and shower with bathtub, as well as a separate door to the outside. Fridge and barbecue setup outside. Several carriages for storage around outer area of trailer (underside). We provide all the hoses, electrical cords, leveling equipment, adapters, water filter, separate hose for drinking, grey water, and black, and hitch necessities. We provide a full detailed guide to setting up the trailer and unhooking, setting up your trailer at your site. We provide a detailed walk through to go over all of these details so you can have the best time while camping. Weight distribution hitch and weight distribution bars and sway bar provided. Hardwood flooring w/floor mats (provided). White cabinets, grey tile backsplash, stove, microwave, sink - this trailer is truly a home away from home. Roomy, we allow up to 6 guests on a case by case basis, but typically rent to 4. Master bedroom, two closets & overhead & other storage next to/underneath bed. Queen bed w/sheets, blankets & pillows. Doors close for privacy from the rest of the living areas. The sofa is the perfect place to relax while you catch a sports game on the flat screen TV. The dinette is comfortable for four people to enjoy a meal or puzzle. Both the sofa and dinette turn into a bed. The two bunks are very roomy. The bottom bunk acts as a great place for storing belongings to keep things out of the way during the trip. The bunk has a curtain that will cover both bunk beds for privacy. Bathroom has an interior and exterior door. It has a small tub, plenty of room for a tall person to shower. Ceiling fan and water saver button on the showerhead. There is a small outdoor fridge, stove station, and a shower with hot and cold water. Additional storage under front of trailer, accessible from outside. There are so many wonderful locations around Sonoma County, Mendocino, Napa County, & Bodega areas w/full hookups. We only allow rental to be parked at campsites with full water and sewer hookups. No boondocking or dry camping allowed.
