"Rover" is a 2013 compact size for a home on wheels that can whisk you away to the great outdoors where a slower pace can bring about life change and fun memories. This unit sleeps 4, queen bed in back, full dinette conversion, large bunk over cab. Tons of storage space outside underneath with extra storage under dinette and overhead cabinets plus a large closet inside. We enjoy sharing our RV so others can enjoy the great outdoors. However we also want you to take extra care of it and our things while in your possession. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! If we detect any smoke smell (cigarette, cigar, pipe, vaping, etc.) you will NOT get your security deposit back! We are pretty flexible people, but this is one rule that we are sticking by 100%! ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. Not even cute ones. Sorry It's a health issue for the owner. **Bring your own sheets, blankets and pillows for a queen. Bunk and full sheets in camper already, but need your own blankets and pillows. Bring bath and dish towels, paper products, paper towels, food, water, soap, etc. Unit includes: Foam topper on queen bed, 1 Twin size topper on bunk. Mattress protectors on each bed must be used, plus 1 fitted sheet per bed. Corelle plates, mugs, cups, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, 2 pots, 1 electric frying pan, coffee maker, toaster, dish pan/rack TV for DVD player use only 3 drawer clear stack in closet 1 Surge protector multi-strip 4 fold up camp chairs Broom, dust pan, small vacuum under dining seat, Disposable Gloves for using septic system 4 rolls SINGLE Ply toilet paper, no fluffy 2 ply allowed! 2 outdoor rugs. NOT all campgrounds allow these so pay attention to their rules. Water hose, septic hoses, clear elbow and orange connector, electric cords, brass water regulator 4 Bike rack is available to rent for $35 or there will be a hitch lock. Cannot tow anything with our RV. Pick up/dropoff 3pm or other arrangements with owner.
