This brand new 22' camper features a queen bed as well as double bunk beds. It has a Dinette that also converts to a full size bed. It has a flat screen Roku equipped TV with HDMI hookup for movies or game consoles. It has a microwave, fridge, sink and a gas range in the kitchen. It is perfect for couples or a family just wanting to get away with its bunkhouse set up to sleep two children. All renters must empty the holding tanks before returning the camper or a $100 fee will be charged. If you have selected delivery, the dump out is included in the delivery fee. Weight distribution hitch with anti-sway will be provided. Your tow vehicle must have a 2 5/16" receiver. if it is larger you will need to provide an adapter. You will need is a 7-pin connector for lights and trailer brakes. Delivery is available, but contact me first for availability. The Delivery fee includes set up, tear down and holding tank dump out. The delivery/pick up fee is $2.40/mile, but at the checkout you will see the price as $4.80/mile because it is only charging for 1 way. If you have any questions please contact me.
