This 2021 Jayco travel trailer has lots of space, bunkbeds for the kids, recliners for the adults, a 50-inch TV, and an outside kitchen. This layout is really neat! Beds • Master bedroom - queen bed • Two full bunkbeds with curtains • Dinette that fold into a bed, about a small full size. The bathroom is a LARGE stand-up shower • A bathmat and hand towel are included • RV toilet paper is included. (Please only use RV paper towel – helps to prevent clogging). Entertainment • There is theater seating across from an entertainment system with a 50-inch TV so sit back, recline, and relax with your favorite movie! Kitchen Love to cook? This RV includes a nice size kitchen with a good amount of counter place. • 3-burner gas stove and an oven • Double sink with a cover for extra counter space when needed. • Microwave and a RV refrigerator/freezer • There is a lot of cabinet space with storage bins to keep things organized. Included: silverware, coffee pot, pot and pan set, cooking utensils, baking pan, cutting board, bottle/wine opener, and more. Outside • This unit has an outside kitchen!! • It also includes an outside mat and a couple of folding chairs. Storage • This unit has tons of storage both inside the unit and on the outside Towing This unit weighs 5,960 lbs (plus supplies). So, can you tow it? Your larger SUVs (i.e.: Chevy Suburban/Yukon, Chevy Tahoe, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Ford Expedition) and trucks will be needed to pull this unit. If you cannot tow it or would prefer not to, we do offer delivery. Reach out and we can talk about the details. Pets This unit is dog friendly. We ask that you let us know ahead of time and there is a pet fee. Insurance Stationary Rentals: $15/night with a max of $210 Rentals Driving/Towing: The renter's insurance is primary on the rental. Renter must provide proof that their insurance will cover the unit. Regardless, renter must provide insurance card at the time of pickup. If your insurance company denies coverage or renter does not want to use their personal insurance, then a "Damage Waiver" must be purchased. Price: $25/night with a max of $350.
