Basically bring your own bedding, towels, food and fun. I supply hitch for safety purposes. All water, sewer and power hook up requirements supplied. 12' awning. Make sure you have working 7 pin plug with electric brakes and 2" receiver. I may have a sleeve available for 2.5' receiver. Delivery/pick up option available for $1.15 per mile all miles traveled.
