The International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades’ (ICAST) New Product Showcase Awards recognize the best new fishing products in multiple categories each year. Voted on by attending product buyers and members of the sportfishing media, these “Best of Category” awards represent the pinnacle of achievement in the fishing tackle industry and are fiercely competitive.

St. Croix Rod was awarded top honors last Wednesday evening in the Freshwater Rod category of the ICAST 2023 New Product Showcase Awards for the new Mojo Bass Series, which features St. Croix’s proprietary TRIGON handle and Dynamix reel seat.

Mojo Bass TRIGON is a comprehensive bass-rod series built on a proven, high-performance platform that pushes limits and sets new standards in angler control and comfort with new, science-based ergonomic advancements. TRIGON’s design is based on actual anthropometric data of the human hand. “Our unique TRIGON handle recognizes that the human hand does not form a circle when closed.
