I fished this lake from early 50's thru late 60's. Had great fishing for bluegill, Crappie, Perch, Bass, and even Pike. Campgrounds I hear moved in after this time and dumped sewage into the lake until the DNR shut that down. I hear the lake has started to improve again but it has changed a lot since those good old days. Some day maybe I will get to try it again.

This lake has an abundance of pan fish and medium sized bass.If you enjoy catching fish and your not worried about cathing a trophy, then this is the right lake for you to fish.Plenty of shoreline for bass to forage baitfish. This is where I catch most of my bass.
