...MINOR FLOODING THROUGH THE EVENING COMMUTE IN NORTHERN CONNECTICUT AS WELL AS WESTERN AND CENTRAL MASSACHUSETTS... At 330 PM EDT, a large area of heavy rain was moving through western New England. Many areas have already picked up 1 to 2 inches of rain, with as much as 3 to 4 inches in a few locations near the Berkshires and in far northwest Hartford County.
