For information on lakes in south central Iowa call the Rathbun Fish Hatchery at 641-647-2406.

Bluegill - Fair: Try small jigs tipped with a chunk of nightcrawler around the cedar tree piles. Bluegills should start to move to shallower water as the water temperatures go down.

Black Crappie - Fair: Target the flooded timber with small jigs and minnows.

Largemouth Bass - Fair: Use spinnerbaits or crankbaits fished along structure and near shore.

Bluegill - Fair: Try small jigs tipped with a chunk of nightcrawler around the cedar tree piles. Bluegills should start to move to shallower water as the water temperatures go down.

Largemouth Bass - Good: Use jigs fished along structure and near shore.

Black Crappie - Fair: Target the flooded timber with small jigs and minnows.
