Walleye - Slow: It's not a hot bite, but some walleye are being caught trolling shad imitating crankaits or jigging shad imitating plastics in 12ft of water or less in the upper half of the lake. Find humps that come up to 3 to 6 feet from the surface.

All docks except the Williams Drive Ramp will be removed the week of November 20.

Walleye - Fair: Catch walleye jigging shad imitating plastics in 12ft of water or less in the upper half of the lake. Fish off rock jetties in the evenings or find humps that come up to 3 to 6 feet from the surface.

Wiper (Hybrid Striped Bass) - Slow: Catch Wipers casting near feeding schools where small shad are breaking the surface. Cast shad imitating crankbaits, jigs with white twister tails or swim baits, topwater poppers, or silver spoons.

Bluegill are spawning in lakes and ponds throughout Central Iowa - anglers should target shorelines (2-6ft of water). Paddling anglers are also enjoying excellent river conditions right now.
