BLUEGILL

The Bluegill population is doing well. 20% of the catchable sized Bluegill exceeded 7" in the 2018 survey.
CHANNEL CATFISH

20 Channel Catfish were collected in 2016. Catch rate was lower in the 2018 spring sample where only 4 Channel Catfish were collected per hour of electrofishing.
LARGEMOUTH BASS

The Largemouth Bass numbers have decreased from 2016 to 2018 and since previous surveys, but catch rates are still at or near the goal of 60 fish/hour of electrofishing. HISTORY AND STATUS OF FISHERY
The status of the fishery is good. Largemouth bass numbers and size distribution are good. More bluegill are reaching 7 inches. The fish community in this lake should provide some good sport fishing opportunities.
