Fished out of Northpoint yesterday 5 am to 11 am. Fishing was very slow only 6 coho for 6 hours ! Started out in 25' of water and ended up in 100 ' very little if any bait fish around. Best action was in about 50' of water in and around temp breaks 49 deg. into 53 deg. Water was almost dead calm. Fish caught had no alewives in stomachs . Talked to others at dock including charter captains , also said fishing was very slow . Heard from some that fished in front of Waukegan in shallow, that fishing was great at sunrise but tapered off when the armada spooked the fish ! All our fish caught on small dodgers & peanut flys on boards and dipseys . Downriggers quiet .

I fished from 1:30-4:45pm from the marina in 10.5 FOW and nothing.
Lots of people out and tons of tip ups and mostly small pikes caught not many.
Fishing was slow. I did not make many fish and was set up on the 2nd pier slot out onto the water.
Anyone else having luck?
