Sterling Lake

About 2” of mushy ice. Saw what looked to be recent holes, but I didn’t risk fishing on that thin of ice.

Any report on the ice thickness? Any info would be appreciated 

was out in the afternoon, caught a few small perch and bluegill on the north lake. only 2 others there. south had a dozen or so. 9 inches of ice.

Ice on sunday 1/9 was a crystal clear 5" and growing.  As for fish, it was hard locating them anywhere but the weeds and the ones in the weeds were dink perch. 

Any reports on sterling lake?? I bet the ice is good but what fish are biting?
