Go on Wisconsin Trappers Association website.  There is a list of names and phone numbers of trappers that do nuisance work.  Listed by area I believe.

I think you can call your area biologist and they have a list of local trappers. Last year the only thing that was paying much was coyote but must be prime no rubs.

Not super close to Green Lake county, but not across the state either. Fremont Bait and Tackle posted something on Facebook about a fur buyer stopping there on a few specific dates. Looks like he was just there on Friday. Next are January 15 and March 12 from 4-4:30.

Granpa see if the website below works for you. Link for all of Groenewold Fur and wool still has a truck running a route fewer dates and stops this year. The link below if it works should give you a list of those stops. Otherwise check out their website.

I know that a trapping thread existed at one time but since we seem to be talking trapping here I thought I'd ask here, I'm trapping beaver doing damage on my property and was wondering if it paid to bother skinning them. I used to ship my fur to NAFA but they are bankrupt. Like Hunter Hound, who I remember from the other thread, I have not trapped seriously since the market crash just damage beaver and otter because I like the challenge. Does any one know if  there are any fur buyers in the Green Lake County area? Thanks Chuck

I don’t know how many trappers out there eat the rats but they are VERY good deep fried, seriously!   Our kids had no problem polishing off a large platter of them.      CARPIO 

I am a fan of the muskrat, however they do some serious damage when they start digging tunnels in the yard 

They undermine the banks,muddy up the water,among other thing such as erosion.   CARPIO
