I run lakemaster on both my Humminbird 9's and my Lorance, They have always done me right.

For those of you with Helix 5s, has your transducer broken twice like mine has? If so, what did you replace it with? I already replaced with a new one, only for the second one to also crack and have since epoxy it and it fell off in the water. Luckily it did not get chopped off by the prop!

Whatever you get make sure it has the lakes that you want.

I bought the lakemaster chip   for my  helix 5 si. only had it for a couple weeks but like the high def on the lakes I fish . when running across the lake seems to redraw a little slow . compared to my previous garmin gps with a garmin upper midwest chip.

I bought a lake master plus and use it with my Helix 5. Works well. No complaints.
