South side Milwaukee fishing locations

Hi all!  I’m looking for fishing within a 30 minute drive-  we live Southside Milwaukee. I’m a mother of 2.  My son LOVES fishing- 11, but my daughter -8 doesn’t.  We are looking for a place to fish off the bank with a lot of action and variety.  Hopefully with a beach to explore or a close by playground for my daughter.  Thanks for your recommendations! 

Check out Sheridan park in Cudahy.  The pond is stocked with fish and there is play-ground equipment as well.  Gorney park is on Nicholson Rd just north of 7 mile road it also has a stocked pond and play ground equipment.
